With two years of tutoring experience, I’ve worked with a diverse range of students, including honors students, college students needing extra help, and high school and middle school students aiming to improve their understanding and grades. I primarily offer one-on-one tutoring, which allows me to tailor my approach to each student’s specific goals and needs. I have tutored subjects including algebra, chemistry, social studies, and history.

My teaching method involves a thorough review of the content the student wishes to learn, followed by progressively challenging problems to assess their proficiency. If a student struggles with a problem, I provide step-by-step explanations to help them understand their mistakes and apply the knowledge to future problems.

My academic achievements include scoring a 4 on the AP U.S. History and AB Calculus exams, and a 3 on the AP U.S. Government exam. I maintained a 3.7 GPA in high school and a 3.8 GPA at Columbus State.

History has always been a passion of mine. I find that understanding historical patterns can offer insights into modern issues and connect past events to present circumstances. This perspective earned me two class awards in social studies in high school and enhanced my comprehension of contemporary world affairs.
